Hello! This week probably is really crazy for many of you guys since we are celebrating Thanksgiving, so I wanted to share a quick tutorial with youย before I head out to spend the holiday weekend with my in-laws.

If you have been stressing out and going crazy with all the stuff you have been doing and have to do still, hope you can take a short break by watching the video tutorial I have to share with you today:

There is something fascinating about popped out die cut centerpieces, and when you add more dimensions onto the die cut piece, it totally brings out a whole new look. I wanted to use the Stag Trio Die from Wplus9 and incorporated into a focal point for the card. I think it turned out pretty great, don’t you think?

Too add lots of dimensions to the die cut piece, I heat embossed it twice with Ultra High Clear Gloss Embossing Powder from WOW. It is in black, so if you want to learn a trick about getting a crisp black heat embossed look, make sure to watch the video tutorial above.

I kept the rest of the card pretty simple and clean, so that the focal point of the card can get all the attention. It is not very hard to put it together, and the techniques I used will give you a great result in the end. So, I hope you give this card a try!

Since this weekend is a holiday weekend, I will be off from blogging for a bit and will be back probably next Friday. I will be cozying up with my family and enjoy good food, laughs, and hear fun stories that my in-laws like to tell. Hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
