Happy Tuesday everyone! It has been so HOT here in Sacramento for the past couple of days- I can’t wait for the fall to arrive (and not have rainy winter to come at all). Night breeze already feels good and I love walking Kirby to enjoy it.

Today I created a simple, fun card. As you can see it in the video, I wasn’t very smart about couple things in the process so it took a bit longer than usual for me to finish the card lol. I swear, my brain is not where it supposed to be at. It is floating around somewhere else…

Anyways, I used some fun papers from Lawn Fawn, called Dewey Decimal and it is 6×6 paper pack. I am not sure how old this is but I will post a link below where I bought them a while ago. I used a bigger piece to cover the back of the punched out borders and used couple strips to go on top along with the sentiment.

Very Vanilla from Stampin Up! is used as a basic size cardbase with a piece of Soft Sky to go on top as a main canvas. I used Chevron Border Punch to create some dimensions to the card. To add more background to the card, I used Gorgeous Grunge from Stampin Up! and used Versa Mark Ink Pad to create watermark feel to the card. I love subtle look of the Versa Mark.

Attach those pattern paper strips on top of the cardstock, stamp the sentiment to dress it up. I used Hello, Lovely Stamp Set from Stampin’ Up! and inked them with Early Espresso Marker and Cherry Cobbler Marker.ย Final touch – my love of baker’s twine never ends – is Cherry Cobbler Baker’s Twine from Stampin’ Up!.

Thank you for watching! I hope you enjoy the video and create something today!
