We are warming up with a super simple and quick card to start the 2013 Holiday Card Series. I will be posting cards and tutorials every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. So make sure to SUBSCRIBE to my blog and to my Youtube channel! (click the icons on the top right side of my blog)
I wanted to create a circle card for today’s project. I used the lovely craft color cardstock Crumb Cake (Stampin’ Up!) and DSP with cute color dots as a background. Use any of your Circle Framelits or die cuts to create this circle card in just a few seconds-
I wanted to embossed the focal point of the card, so stamped Tags 4 You Stamp Set with a Versa Mark Ink Pad, and embossed each of them with Cherry Cobbler Embossing Powder and Wild Wasabi Embossing Power. You can certainly do one tag, but I wanted to add more green to the card, so decided to overlap those two tags.
Just to add more fun, I tied a bow on the top part and put a string behind to make it look like an ornament. Don’t forget the bling! I love those rhinestones.
Thanks for stopping by, I will be back with another holiday card on Thursday. Enjoy the video!
