  1. That’s not easy to answer, but I think it’s Stenciling. I just love them and as they always look great, I use my stamps very often. Luckily, there are so many out there! ๐Ÿ™‚
Thank you for giving away those beautiful things.
I actually would have loved to see every paper in detail, but I understand why you decided not to make such a long video … ๐Ÿ˜‰

  2. I guess distressing would be it for me. It makes everything POP out! So many techniques out there, and I haven’t really worked with all of them. . . yet. ๐Ÿ™‚

  3. My Go to technique is heat embossing. When I try other techniques, I have problems on what to add to the card to make it work. I have LOTS of problems using techniques.

  4. Watercolors are my favorite but I’ll try anything at least twice. You’ll never know what else you like unless you try it.

  5. Hmmmmm…. hard to answer. I do all those things, but probably the one I use the most is heat embossing. Unless die cutting counts! I hardly ever make a card without at lease one die cut.

  6. Heat embossing and distressing are my favorite techniques. I’ll try embossing paste and stencils in this month.

  7. That is difficult question because it just depends on what type of mood I am in. I would say my first go to would be Copics but then I add on some of those you mentioned above depending on what look I am going for. So I don’t think I have just one particular “go to” technique I like to use, I love all of them ๐Ÿ™‚ Sometimes I struggle on which to use on a project because I love them all lol.

  8. It’s hard to say one go to technique as copics are my true love, however I am also loving distress background right now! Sponging, watercoloring, anything I can do with distress inks I will try it! Thanks again for this awesome opportunity!

  9. My favorite technique is heat embossing. Still amazed when it melts. Results are stunning and versatile.

  10. I always do some type of embossing on my card. Whether it be dry embossing, heat embossing, stencil embossing…I love embossing! Thanks for your generous giveaways, Nicole.

  11. Heat and dry embossing , I have not tried the others yet but sure would love to try. Thx for your generosery.

  12. My favorite thing to do is hear embossing…..although I’m not very good at it. I’m thinking it could be my cheap Martha Stewart heat tool. I’m going to invest in a better one!!

    • That should say heat emboss, not hear emboss. I’m wearing a brace on my hand and have trouble typing.

    • Let your heat tool warm up a little before heating up the embossing powder. The heating tool by ranger is a good one to invest in.

  13. I think my favorite would be heat embossing. I can get pretty good colors of heat embossing powder for a dollar an ounce at my local craft store…….. My favorite are the clear, silver and gold.

  14. Heat embossing and distressing are two of my favorites. I want to try more stenciling and using paste.

  15. I love Prisma Pencils with Gamsol and watercoloring ! Thank you for the chance to win those beautiful paper packs ๐Ÿ™‚

  16. Holy smokes…. that’s a lot of paper! Fun giveaway! I would say heat embossing is still my main “technique.” It’s pretty quick, and not so messy ๐Ÿ™‚

  17. Tough question. I use quite a bit. My most used are heat embossing, watercolor and embossing paste with stencils. ๐Ÿ˜‰ my newest fav thing to do is mix my embossing powders then add glitter to them. I love it! Again you are so sweet to give so much away. Thank you for the chance to win. I put my order in and I’m so excited to get my dauber holder ๐Ÿ˜‰ yay!

  18. Rigjy now I’m really enjoying embossing images that are designed as outlines and watercoloring them! Specially flowers, I love to watercolor flowers ๐Ÿ™‚

  19. I make pretty simple cards, but I try to incorporate either some kind of embossing or watercoloring in each. My watercoloring could use lots of ideas in case you want to show us how in a future video (Hint) Thanks for your great blog and super give aways.

  20. Ink! I love ink for stamping, adding dimension, stenciling you name, it I love it! I love to use ink.

  23. While everyone is into Copic coloring I am into Spectrum noir coloring. I bought some markers in a destash and have used them up quite a bit. I plan to buy the whole set in February or march so I am currently addicted:) Thank you for the chance to win and Congradulations on 5k Subscribers

  24. I love to watercolor and use my Copics (wish I was better at coloring with them). Thanks for the chance to win.

  25. Heat embossing is my favorite technique but lately I’ve been doing a lot of die cut inlays. There are so many awesome dies on the market now that are perfect for this technique.

  26. Although it leaves a bit of a mess, I love to heat emboss. I’m always buying more and more embossing powders.

  28. I love using my embossing folders on my cards. I guess that is my favorite thanks for a chance to win.

  29. I do not have a TON of supplies, but my go to is embossing or stamping patterns. They are both pretty quick to do but can add so much to the card! I just like how embossing adds a small amount of texture. ๐Ÿ™‚

  30. Dry embossing and die cutting are my go to favorites! Embossing folders add so much to any card…..die cutting combined is unbeatable. Thanks for all you do to share your talent.

  31. Well mine would be paper piecing and layering. I like mixing all the fun papers that are out there today together to make something unique. Thx again for the give aways

  32. I heat emboss almost all my sayings and ink distress the edges of papers on cards. Congrats and thanks!!

  33. I tend to step up my cards with heat and dry embossing, but want to do more with watercolor and distress inks. Thanks for the generous giveaway! ๐Ÿ™‚

  34. Stenciling and heat embossing has been my new interest! Still learning the technique, but getting better..

  35. I love using prismacolor pencils with gamisol and a blending stump. I feel I get smooth shading and blending of colors. Of course there are so many fun techniques I could go on and on…

  36. I like stamping and watercoloring. I would also try other thecniques like embossing paste and alcohol markers colouring when I get the materials.

  37. Hi Nicole, I have recently started embossing with the cuttlebug and I love it! Thanks for sharing all your techniques.
