Happy Friday!!! It has been a while since I created a project to share with you – life has been crazy, and it will always be, but this summer and fall have been particularly non-stop for me. I hope to have things calm down soon so I can get to creating and sharing more projects with you all!

Today we are celebrating Altenew’s October 2019 release, and I literally created a project in just a few mins and wanted to share the process with you. This means you can also create a card in just a few mins!

I have lots of photos to share and a detailed video tutorial to share for you to watch, so I will keep the texts minimum for today’s blog post. Let’s start with a video tutorial:

Below are some closed up project photos of today’s card:

I hope you enjoyed the card and the video tutorial! Share with me, what is your favorite stamp/die from today’s release? Leave a comment below and you will be automatically entered to a giveaway!

  1. I really like the rose blossom stamp set, I don’t have any rose stamps, so this would be a good one for me to buy!

  2. Thank you for showing us that is is possible to create a beautiful card in just a few minutes. I know it would take me a little longer, but still, I know I could do it and have a lovely result.

  3. Pretty card! It’s so easy to pass over the watercolor brush markers on the store website, but when you see them in use in a video, they are so cool!

  4. Beautiful stamp and die set! Beautiful card! Makes it so easy to produce that layered look, and make your card really pop!

  5. Beautiful card. I love the gray leaves in the background and the pop of color with the drops of ink. TFS.

    • This is lovely. The spatters really brighten up the background. I need to make some sympathy cards and this is such a quick card that I may need to try it. I know I have some stamps I can use.

  6. BEEEEUUUUUUUUTIFUL CARD! Thank you so much for the video showing step by step how you did the flowers!

  7. FYI, there is a mistake in the link from the previous blog. They take the viewer to an August video. Lovely card.

  8. I did enjoy your video & think your card is lovely. The layered rose looks realistic & I like the dimension & interest added by the grey stamping in the background & the splatters.

  9. Beautiful blue rose card, thanks for the process video and the tips for quick, easy and pretty cards, especially helpful with holidays coming up! My favorite from this release is the Dot Botanicals.

  10. This is gorgeous!!! (LOVE the blue) And if it’s quick and easy, too, that’s awesome!! I have to say, so far, this peony set is my favorite from the new release; such beautiful flowers!
