Hi! Watercoloring has been my best friend for the past couple of weeks, I know I posted few projects in a row featuring watercolor techniques, but I promise I will share other projects soon. With today’s project I hope to share easy tips to create soft, two toned watercolor look on your project.
I used Peerless watercolor sheets for today’s project – if you never used these before, I highly encourage you to give them a try. They are easy to use and very affordable in my opinion.
Regardless of the mediums you are using, make sure you know the colors and their intensity well so you can easily achieve the look you want.
One of my favorite ways to add subtle, finishing touch is by going over the sentiment area with Wink of Stella brush. This way they won’t take the attention too much from the focal point of the card, but still looks sparkly and pretty.
Peerless colors used on the card: Butterfly Wing Blue, Heliotrope, Alizarine Red, Light Green
