Hello there!Β I don’t know about you, but I am oh-so-ready for spring. The weather over here in California is getting warm already and we are seeing flowers blooming too! So I thought I would take some supplies out and practice watercoloring.
Watercoloring is one of my favorite art techniques to play with, but I always struggled with no-outline watercoloring. The amount of water and colors to use, when to use them and how to lay them on a paper are so tricky to me. So I decided that I would practice more this month with it.
I am sharing the process with you and hope you find it helpful, if you ever wanted to give it a try. Hope you enjoy the video tutorial!
I also like to practice on my Visual Journal Watercolor book. This way I do not have to always worry about making a card, just practice and enjoy coloring. It is a good quality too!
What is your favorite watercolor technique? I think with enough practice, I will really enjoy this no-outline watercolor technique soon.
