Perfect Touch! Stampin’ Up!’s Kraft Gift Box is a perfect sized box for sharing small treats or gifts. If you want to add more personal touch to it, you can always top it off with hand decorated box toppers. In this last episode of 2012 Christmas Series, I am going to show you how to create a beautiful box topper without much difficulty.
Scraps & Stamps TIP:
– I am using a wonderful paper pack, Candlelight Christmas Specialty DSP. It adds nice patterns that set a wonderful mood for your project.
– Paper rosette (or doily) is used as a nice, big background and all you need to do is add different elements on tip of that. Here I used different circles, scallop cut out and our cute Large Pearl.
– Paper rosette is made with 12 x 1 1/2 strip of DSP. You score at every 1/4″ inch and fold them, put it together to make a circle shape. Watch the video below to see how I put it together.
– The ribbon used here is Crumb Cake Tulle Ribbon in our Holiday Catalog. Smooth and soft material is so easy to work with.
Thank you so much for watching my 2012 Christmas Series! I will see you soon with my December Card Kit tutorials and other video projects!
