Hello! Yesterday I shared a video tutorial over at the Inspired By Stamping Blog and thought you might wanted to see this video tutorial as well (in case you missed it). I showed how to color on vellum cardstock using Copic markers to create this soft, water-colored look for the card. Sometimes I like to bring out less materials to work on my projects, especially if they can create a fun watercolor look without all the cleaning up to do. How about you??
I heat embossed the main image from the Baskets of Flower stamp set by IBS. White outlines help a lot when you want to pop out the colors earily. I also colored on the back side of the vellum cardstock, check out the video to see why I did that. Think vellume cardstock is awesome for heat embossing, and I recommend using the 40lb Vellum cardstock by Bazzill. It is my favorite!
Please enjoy the video and comment below if you have any questions. Thanks for stopping by!
