My journey of finding the best organization solutions for the craft studio never ends! I constantly try to find a better way to improve my current solutions. I LOVE organizing!!!! (You can tell I am a neat freak)
I have a 10×10 room where I work and craft and spend most of my days here. I do not like to leave things out and my materials all have place they stay. Today, I am sharing my quick tip on cardstock organization. So far this is the best solution I came up with, without taking too much space in my studio.
SCRAPS & STAMPS TIPS:
– I used this rolling file cart to store my cardstocks currently. It slides in and out nicely, so when I am done working on projects, I simply slide it in underneath my cutting area desk so it doesn’t take much space. I found the rolling file cart here. Make sure to shop around to get the best price!
– My cardstocks are sorted by the color collection, then by the specialty papers (water color papers, silver papers, vellumes, etc.). I labeled them using the Viewable Labeling systems and they all have the true color of the actual paper. I simply used the web color catcher to math the cardstock colors. It does take a while but so worth it! It is very easy to locate certain colors when needed.
