Hi, guys! Simple but colorful Thank You card is today’s project. I had so much fun creating this card, because I loved playing with different colors for the main sentiment. I used the Vintage Alphabet die from Top Dog Dies and cut out bunch of different cardstocks to mix and match them. Since we are longing for Spring to come, I thought bright colors would be fun! I used some cardstocks from Stampin’ Up! – all of them are from the Brights collection – Pacific Point, Tangerine Tango, Mellon Mambo, Daffodil Delight, and Old Olive. I cut them out and attached them to the card using the Stampin’ Dimensionals. You can use any foam adhesives you have on hand to create a fun 3D look.
I wanted to leave the rest area of the card pretty clean and plain so the “Thanks” would pop out nicely. I added a simple greeting right underneath the main sentiment, using the Many Thanks Stamp Set from Mama Elephant. I think this stamp set is a must have, because you can put together different greetings and create different thank you cards. This is a perfect way to get the most out of your stamp set.
To add some neutral color to the card I’ve added the Bon Bon Baker’s Twine from Doodle Bug. Dark and natural colors help the bright colors to stand out even better. I hope you enjoyed today’s card! Thanks for spending some of your precious time looking at my creation today. Make sure to check back to see another card tomorrow! Have an awesome day!
