Let’s go ALL Green! I am in love with Lucky Limeade this Holiday season. It gives you a soft green look on your card and I just love it! Today’s card completes the 19th episode of 2012 Christmas Series – there are only 6th more left! (Make sure to like Scraps & Stamps Facebook page for early video sneak peaks for new episodes.)
I used my well loved stamp set for the sentiment, you guessed right, More Merry Message Stamp Set. Did you know it is 20% off right now? Make sure to get yours today before it ends! Also I used Greetings Card Kids Stamp Set for the cute little girl pulling Christmas tree on a wagon. Love the cuteness it gives to the card.
Scraps & Stamps TIP:
– Talking about details! Check out the wonderful designs on the Candlelight Christmas Specialty Designer Series Paper I used on this card. Since there was lots of details on DSP I decided to leave the rest of the card simple and clean to balance them out.
– Give a bit of dimensions with our Vintage Faceted Buttons. Clear buttons with fun shapes add wonderful accents to the projects and give simplicity with its clean design.
– Boarder details – I used Finishing Touches Edgelits on the bottom of the Real Red card stock piece. It is easy and quick to add a nice touch with the Edgelits. It cuts really clean, too!
– Measurements: Lucky Limeade Cardbase – 5 1/2 x 8 1/2, score at 4 1/4 // Very Vanilla CS – 3 x 5 // Real Red CS – 3 3/4 x 2 1/4 // All DSP strips are cut at different height, but at 2 1/4 wide // Lucky Limeade Strip – 1/2″
