**VIDEO** Copic Gradation Hello Card

Happy Monday, all! Today I have a super simple can clean card to share and you can probably replicate this in 5-8 minutes. There is not much to it, but the focal point is really pretty. Make sure to watch the video to see how I create this card using Copic markers.

I have been slowing building up my Copic collections and playing with them on the weekends to see what blends well together and also to practice my stroke skills. Has anyone out there who took the official Copic classes? I think they might be coming to my area later this year and I think I will save up some money to take those classes and be certified. If you have taken the class, what did you think? Was it worth a money and you felt you improved? Leave me a comment below!

The reason why I kept the card so simple is because I wanted the “you” to pop out really well. I took out a few of Copic markers that represent light coral, light pink, and dark pink color so I can create this gradation look for the sentiment. I used R02, R22, and R27 for this project. I recommend you playing around with all sorts of colors to see what you like the best. You can even create multiple version and make a card gift set!

I love this Big You Die from Simon Says Stamp. Some of thinks that Kristina designs are so great and adorable, and this got to be one of my most favs from her design collection. I popped out the sentiment with 3D foam adhesives and added couple of enamel dots to dress it up. Super easy and simple, right?

Hope you enjoy the video! Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful Monday!!

**VIDEO** Sweet Stamp Shop May Release #1

Hooray! Sweet Stamp Shop just released 3 sticking brand-new, adorable stamp sets!! I got to play with few of them during the past couple of weeks and decided to film a short start-to-finish style video.

This video shows the Dad’s Tool Box Stamp Set, one of 3 new release sets, in a close-up look and you can follow me along as I create a fun, adorable Father’s Day card using the set.

Isn’t it just adorable? Here is a still shot of the card showing above. I had so much fun fussing with those cute images and coloring them with Copic markers.

Also, I created a card using the Handcrafted Stamp Set. This stamp set is a must have! Great for stamping on the back of your cards and layouts. Also you can stamp it on a gift tag, gift bags, boxes and all sorts! Awesome bang for your buck.

And here is the card I made using the stamp set. I wanted to show a different way you can use without stamping just on the back of the card. You can put this card with a gift or a baked goodies, or even a handmade gift.

There is one more set I would like to show you, which is one of my favorite! (well, I love all SSS stamp sets lol) It is called Stinky Skunk and has full of cute, adorable, stinking awesome images!

Alright, so here is the discount you’ve been all waiting for! Type in the code MR110 when ordering and you will get an exclusive 10% off! Enjoy and happy stamping!!

**VIDEO** Hip Hip Hooray Birthday Card

STF - 20140416

Hi guys! Today I have an uber cute brithday card to share – I have been getting more into coloring with Copics and stamp sets for Sweet Stamp Shop are perfect for these kind of techniques. I used couple of stamp sets that were released back in February. Revisiting previously release stamp sets are always fun and creatively challenging. Sometimes I think we get so hung up on new products each month that we don’t really get a full use out of previously purchased stamps, don’t you think so????

Stamp Sets I used here are Too Hip and Stuck on This – you can check out more details below on the supplies list at the bottom of this post. I stamped the cactus image and the birthday hat image from each stamp set and colored them in with Copic markers. Then I cute them out and attached to the card layer to create a 3D.

Wonder how I cut out those pokey things from the cactus? Quick trick – I didn’t cut them out! I stamped the same image onto the card layer piece and adhered the cutout cactus image right on top. Looks perfect, doesn’t it!

Hope you enjoyed today’s tutorial. Hope you have a great rest of your week and I will check back in soon!!

SSS - 20140415-3

This set features the cute Busy Octopus Stamp Set. It is perfect set for masculine card!! There are lots of fun images and sentiments to make funny, adorable cards. I stamped the Octopus image on a patterned paper and cut it out. The cute hat image is from the Hedgehog Kiss Stamp Set. I just love how well they match together!!

SSS - 20140415-4

This octopus got some style – the picture doesn’t show very well but the hat is filled with shimmer. I used Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Pen to give a nice accent on this piece. Just fun, hip, and adorable!!

SSS - 20140415-1

This card was made for my husband’s grandmother. Her birthday isn’t till June, but as soon as I saw the Owl Be Genius Stamp Set I had to create the card right away. She LOVES owls!! I wanted to keep the whole card feminine, so I stuck with pink, purple and a bit of red for the main image. The background paper has enough colors to compliment the main point so I didn’t worry too much about going heavy on these three colors. Don’t you this the owl is super cute??

SSS - 20140415-2

I colored all of the images with Copic makers and kept the rest of the focal point area white. You can use brown color makers for the owl to create a card for a guy too. Easy to change it up and the possibilities are endless. Below is the video show a close-up look on these two stamp sets.

Thanks for stopping by! Make sure to grab the discount code and get exclusive 10% discount, just for today!!!!
