Happy Monday! Sorry I have been MIA last week. I was out of town to help my baby sis set up for her first year of college – fun, exciting but so sad to leave her in Iowa! I already miss her *sigh*
Anyhow, I am back with a new card to share with you all today. 🙂
I borrowed an old sketch from Palspaperarts to create this card. I wanted something simple and clean – as you all know what is what I love to create. I got to play with one of my favorite holiday products from the new catalog.
SCRAPS & STAMPS TIPS:
– Warm and fuzzy patterns on ribbon shaped papers are from the Sweater Weather Designer Series Paper (#132184). Those patterns and colors just make me want to cuddle up with my blanket!
– Perfect partners! I love how our stamp sets match to work together with different framelits. To pop out the focal point of the card, I used a brand-new Harvest of Thanks Stamp Set (W#131736 C#131739) and stamped it with Crushed Curry Ink Pad (#131173) and Chocolate Chip Ink Pad (#126979).
– The, I punched those stamped images with Deco Labels Framelits (#130102) and Bitty Banners Framelits (#129267). It is so easy to add dimensions and interests when you use coordinating Stampin’ Up! products.
– Last but not least, check out those cute candy dots I added on those ribbon shaped papers – aren’t they the perfect touch? I used both of the Regals Candy Dots (#130932) and Neutrals Candy Dots (#130934). Cardbase is Smoky Slate Cardstock (#131202).
Thank you for stopping by! I will be back with a new episode of Start-to-Finish video tomorrow 🙂
