Hello! Can you believe it is already mid-October? (where did the time go!) Since we are only 2 months or so away from Christmas (gasp!), I thought it would be fun to create some holiday cards to celebrate this fun release from Altenew!You should be coming from Amy’s blog if you are hoping along with us. Ever since I received the October release stamp sets, I’ve been eyeing on the Simple Flower Stamp Set and thought it’d be fun to use a non-holiday stamp set for holiday cards.
The metallic themed holiday cards can work as both feminine and masculine cards – if you need to, you can easily make a bunch of these and send it out to your loved ones. And how fun is it to see metallic flowers on a holiday card? To learn how to create this card, make sure to watch the video tutorial above!
I also created some fun background to bring more attention to the focal point of the card – which you can totally skip it if you want to keep it more simple and clean. I think it adds a fun interest to the card, don’t you think?
